Working in vineyards

Summer is on the way and temperature is increasing day by day. 
As usual we perform by hands all the work in vineyards, and it is clear that we don't use any kind of pesticide. This is the way to have healthy grapes.
  


It is time for flowering and caps are falling. Then we will be able to guess the harvest production.




Now Sangiovese is setting young berries (2mm size). It is a long way before starting Veraison and the sugar accumulation, but we are patient and we will stay finger crossed until all the grapes will be stored in our cellar to start fermentation.
