Dinner with Vernaccia and friends at a starred restaurant
A wonderful evening at Castello del Nero near Florence with our wines. Castello del Nero is a 5 stars hotel with spa and a starred restaurant. The position and the view are fantastic as usual in this part of Tuscany, here was organized a wine tasting with Vernaccia di San Gimignano wines and a dinner with the winemakers. Castello del Nero view The wine tasting was done by side of the wonderful pool, paired with traditional tuscan appetizer. Followed the dinner with guests from all over the world. We shared our wines with people from Houston (Texas), Sao Paolo (Brasil), Germany. The wines we presented were: Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG 2013 Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG 2009 Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG 2011 Vin Santo del Chianti DOC 2003 The wine pairing was really appreciated.
